Biostatistics Faculty Position at McGill University

The Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at McGill University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Biostatistics.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a strong research background in biostatistics to join our vibrant research environment. The successful candidate will have the potential to develop an internationally recognized research program in biostatistics, with a demonstrated ability to obtain grants for their own research or to contribute to the building of successful research projects in public and population health, health services research or clinical research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an internationally recognized research program in biostatistics
  • Contribute to the building of successful research projects in public and population health, health services research or clinical research
  • Teach and supervise graduate students in biostatistics
  • Participate in academic and administrative committees
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Candidates must have a doctorate in statistics or biostatistics and relevant research experience in biostatistics. Necessary qualifications for the position include evidence of research productivity (peer-reviewed publications) and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
