About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at H. SPRING INC. as a key member of our culinary business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and customer service.

Staff Supervision and Development

Monitor and improve staff performance, provide training and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Supervision

1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people, 11-15 people, 16-20 people, or more than 20 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
