We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Field Adjuster to join our team at Xpera. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving property claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate property claims and determine the extent of damage or loss
  • Communicate with policyholders and claimants to gather information and provide updates
  • Analyze and evaluate claims data to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Develop and implement claims strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims processing
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in property claims adjusting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
