Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations Coordinator
The Assistant Manager - Operations Coordinator will oversee and execute the operational aspects of our business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Conducting performance reviews and maintaining a high level of employee morale.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory levels to meet business demands.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to drive business growth.
Supervision: 11-15 people
Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, Point of Sale System, and Spreadsheet skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to work in a permanent role with 35-40 hours per week.
