Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management

At HOOPP Thames Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Identity concepts and systems, as well as a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate Identity and Access Management controls into business processes.
  • Monitor and report on Identity and Access Management metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Lead Identity and Access Management-related projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Lead and mentor the Identity and Access Management team, including hiring and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Competence in Agile, Automation, and DevOps.
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field.
