Voyago, a leading transportation provider, is seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of fleet operations, including administration, parts management, licensing, and other tasks assigned by the Fleet Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Enter vendor invoices into MIR, review invoices for warranty and parts/service, expedite open documentation, scan and attach PM documentation to repair orders, maintain files, code and file invoices/repair orders.
  • Parts: Order parts for repair and service, maintain and report on parts inventory, work with technicians to accurately charge parts to work orders.
  • Licensing: Facilitate annual, new purchase, and replacement licenses.
  • Other: Pick up and deliver parts/vehicles as required, complete other tasks assigned by the Fleet Manager.

Requirements:

  • You have completed secondary school or equivalent.
  • Your post-secondary or vocational specific training is an asset.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • You are computer literate in MS Office.
  • You possess a clean criminal record.
  • You have a minimum full G Ontario Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
