Capital Projects Reporting Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Government of Alberta is seeking a skilled Reporting Coordinator to support the Capital Project Delivery Division and Strategic Partnership and Learning Facilities Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reporting of project information, tracking and management of operational improvement projects, and providing training and support to divisional staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate project reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and manage reporting workflows
  • Communicate project status and related information to senior management and divisional staff
  • Provide training and support to divisional staff on communications processes and procedures
  • Research and provide advice to senior management on strategies and measures
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and strong skills in Excel
