The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing and possess excellent physical stamina, as this role requires working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting Formwork, Base Materials, and Steel Reinforcement: Verify that formwork, granular base materials, and steel reinforcement meet our standards to ensure a strong foundation for the concrete pour.
  • Filling Hollows and Removing Spots: Use specialized tools to fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Leveling and Finishing: Level the top surface of the concrete according to specifications and impart the desired finish using hand and power tools.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to maintain the integrity of our structures and ensure they remain safe and functional.
