Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Worker to join our team at R. N. Capital Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to farming and ranching, including crop cultivation, animal care, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as fertilize and spray crops as needed.
  • Animal Care: Feed and tend to animals, including beef cattle, turkeys, and other livestock.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, plows, and other tools.
  • General Farm Duties: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, as well as perform other general farm tasks as required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, with staff accommodation available. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work will be 40 to 60 hours per week.

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
