Farm Worker Job Description

R. N. Capital Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to crop farming and livestock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Feed and tend animals
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
  • Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week
Work Environment:

The work site environment includes beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, other grain farming, and turkey farming. The work setting is in a rural area with staff accommodation available.Area of Specialization:
