ADGA Group Consultants Inc. is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect to provide expert-level support in the development and implementation of Land Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.

Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled technical architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex system architectures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of command and control communication and information systems, as well as experience working within distributed platform environments and client-server architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, architecture, design, development, integration, and test documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system integration, verification, and validation of hardware and software components.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on architecture, installation, configuration, and operation of MD and Tactical Communication subsystems and equipment used in various platforms.
  • Draft, review, and provide comments on MD system management tools documentation.
  • Participate in MD SM technical reviews, ensuring that all technical aspects meet the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible for Secret Level 2 security clearance and work on-site full-time in Gatineau.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a System Architect on Military Command and Control Communication and Information systems or ISTAR systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing complex system architectures.
  • Demonstrated experience in system integration, verification, and validation of hardware and software components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:
