Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our retail store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the sales floor is fully staffed at all times.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for training to be provided.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and maintained.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the sales floor is fully stocked at all times.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cash and ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
