Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our retail store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet the company's standards.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform management decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of staff members and provide feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
