Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will play a vital role in promoting excellence in the delivery of Kepler Academy's core foundation. This includes assisting Centre Management in setting a positive work environment, providing relevant feedback, licensing guidance, programming advice, and support to the team. As the liaison between Centre Management and team members, this position acts as an alternate Manager on Duty during management's absence.

This role consists of 80% classroom support duties and 20% administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing classroom support during transitions, breaks, peak times, and employee time-off, supporting urgent needs of children when necessary, conducting observations of new and existing team members, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
