Job Summary

The Associate Relationship Banker role is a key position in our Banking Center team. As a Relationship Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions, offering financial products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to meet their goals.
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Meet or exceed sales, service, and operations goals.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Participate in branch audits and operations evaluations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
  • Self-starter with strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of branch transaction processing systems.
