About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional teams to execute on product goals and deliver market-leading solutions.

  • Portfolio Management: Own the overall P&L for goeasy's product portfolio, ensuring strong growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, and P&L leadership, with a proven track record in the financial services or consumer lending industries.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing consumer-facing products, including credit cards, loans, and point-of-sale financing.
  • Expertise in driving growth and profitability through effective product strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition channels.
