About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dawnhill Immigration Consulting Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning;
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency;
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to meet business objectives;
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for employees;
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and resolving any discrepancies or issues;
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain high-quality data management;
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals;
  • Familiarity with office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
