We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Manitoulin Centennial Manor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
- Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
