Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Deliver nursing services to patients based on individual assessments and care plans, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Health Education: Educate patients and their families on health-related topics, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Education: Completion of a Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination program.
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and CPR Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
