We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Hamilton, ON.

Position Details

Type: 6 months contract, potentially extending to 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

A strong understanding of month-end support, including reconciliations and tax preparation, is also required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.

Job Description

This position involves various accounting tasks, including AP and AR management.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, as well as ensuring accurate and timely payments and receipts.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
