Join our team at Johnson Controls International as a Reliability Engineer Intern and play a critical role in driving reliability improvement programs using field service data. As a key member of the Product team, you will manage and distribute field service metrics and data to support data-driven decision making and prioritization within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive reliability improvement programs using field service data
- Manage and distribute field service metrics and data
- Provide technical support for site root cause analysis efforts
- Advise and mentor various engineering groups on reliability and design quality engineering principles
- Champion creation of reliability plan activities and drive execution
- Implement FRACAS throughout the organization
- Analyze and report product information using statistical techniques
- Verify and assess new product testing plans
- Oversee data analytics for commissioning and field service reports
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) with ASQ or equivalent
- Professional Engineering (P.10+ years' experience within a reliability engineering and new product development
- Experience in establishing reliability engineering principles within organizations
- Solid experience in Accelerated Life Testing and Reliability Demonstration Testing
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Six Sigma tools and reliability and statistical tools
