We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Boson Coffee Corp.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Operations Management: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with 37.5 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
English is the primary language used in this role.
