Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Boson Coffee Corp. is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
- Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour work week. The work language is English.
