About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our team at SuiteSpot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify feature development, define project requirements, and discuss technical approaches.
  • Work closely with the technical teams of our enterprise customers to facilitate a smooth integration and implementation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Development Team Lead or Technical Lead in a B2B client-focused environment.
  • Existing skills across modern front and back-end technologies, with the ability to rapidly pick up new tools and approaches.
  • Comfortable documenting design, reviewing code, and conducting user testing.
  • Understanding of agile practices and delivering on expectations for clients.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and influence the work of a collaborative Agile team, ensuring delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relations and work efficiently across teams, both in person and remotely.
