Job Title: Sr. Product Manager, Network/Systems

WOLF Advanced Technology is a leading engineering and design center specializing in the development and manufacture of rugged real-time video I/O and compute modules and systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager, Network/Systems to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Product Manager, Network/Systems will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and success of a series of products/systems in our portfolio. This includes understanding customer needs, defining product/system requirements, and guiding product development to meet those needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products/systems.
  • Collaborate with WOLF senior management to define product direction and roadmap.
  • Prioritize product backlog/roadmap based on company objectives and resources.
  • Ensure awareness of regulatory compliance issues, both technical and legal, as they apply to WOLF products.
  • Serve as a liaison between CTO, Sales, and Engineering to define solutions for customers.
  • Define product use cases/requirements and review customer SOW as needed.
  • Generate technical documents, such as block diagrams and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, design, and development teams for product development.
  • Manage product Requirements Compliance Matrix (RCM) and generate new top-level WOLF Part Numbers.
  • Assist in product launches and gather user feedback.
  • Support continuous process improvement.
  • This position may require some travel to visit customers and/or attend trade shows.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
  • BSc/BA in science or engineering, a relevant Technical Certificate, or a combination of education and work experience related to the development of modules for mission computers.
  • Strong knowledge of system-level design for defense and aerospace, especially as it relates to network connectivity and PCIe.
  • Strong knowledge of network security features.
  • Interest in GPUs, video graphics, AI, FPGAs, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process and experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance many tasks at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
