SAP SD/GTS Lead Job Description

At NTT DATA North America, we're seeking a highly skilled SAP SD/GTS Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle, large-scale international projects, collaborating with our team to design and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Implement new or maintain existing business solutions in SAP SD/GTS module.
  • Propose, configure, document, and test business solutions in SAP SD module according to functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
  • Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in S/4 HANA to meet customer needs.
  • Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to clients.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the development team to leverage existing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
  • Identify customer security requirements and work with the Security team to create necessary security profiles.
  • Lead field mapping and data conversion activities for SD Material Master, Business Partner Data, and other Master Data records.
  • Perform demonstrations of the updated system, post-build activities to showcase the fully configured system.
  • Perform integration testing activities and support during user acceptance testing, resolving any issues in the SD space.
  • Train clients on the use of SD functionality in the SAP system.
  • Provide subject matter expert support during cutover and go-live activities, performing tasks assigned as part of the cutover plan and schedule.
  • Offer support post-go-live, working closely with the Security, Configuration, and Data Conversion Factories to resolve post-go-live issues.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA configuration and testing activities, specifically in Sales & Distribution (SD) OTC processes.
  • Proven experience in multiple full-life-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Solid SAP ECC or S/4HANA SD Configuration and testing experience.
  • Experience working on GTS.
  • Experience working on Data Migration (Legacy to S/4 HANA).
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture.
  • Solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
  • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
  • Strong client service attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $90,000-$165,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
