Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met. This involves:

  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of cleaning staff.
  • Coordinating work schedules and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspecting sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
