Job Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Rivera Cleaning Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across all sites and facilities.

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Inspect sites and facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment, to ensure facilities remain in good condition
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role or in a related field, with a strong understanding of cleaning operations and management principles
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but relevant certifications or qualifications would be an asset
