Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Social Worker to join our team at Anglophone South School District. As a School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social work services to individuals, families, and groups to improve social functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prepare case analysis to identify social needs and recommend appropriate action.
  • Act as a resource to educators and establish/maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, teaching staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare case analysis and reports, and provide recommendations for social work interventions.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and government departments to provide comprehensive social work services.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a university with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
