Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Painter Helper at Highlights Painting Ltd. The successful candidate will assist our painting crew with various tasks, including loading and transporting materials, mixing and applying paints, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist with painting tasks, including preparing surfaces and applying finishes
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the painting crew to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations, including high-rise building construction sites
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability, accuracy, and strong teamwork skills
  • Will train on the job
