Job Title: Process Operator

Vitalus Nutrition Inc. is seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team in the dairy industry. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate multi-functional process control machinery to produce high-quality food products.
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Record production information and maintain shift logs to track progress.
  • Monitor gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify processing conditions.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Make adjustments to process variables to optimize production.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
