Vitalus Nutrition Inc. is seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to operate machinery, perform corrective adjustments, and maintain production records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments and record production information
  • Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify processing conditions
  • Clean machines and work areas, and inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Maintain shift log of production and other data, and set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
  • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a noisy, hot environment
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
