We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at 14536827 CANADA INC.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Management: Manage the office environment, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
