We're looking for a skilled client service representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors: Greet visitors and customers with courtesy and professionalism, answering basic questions and directing them to the appropriate people or departments.
  • Office supplies management: Ensure an adequate stock of office supplies, place orders if necessary, and manage inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Assist customers with account openings, updates, payments, complaints, or information requests by telephone, email, or in direct contact with customers.
  • Explain product sales conditions clearly and fairly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and analyze data to identify trends.

Skill requirements:

  • A minimum of one to three years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and French) and computer skills are essential.
  • Customer service orientation and self-control are necessary to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive salary is offered, estimated at $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
