Our team of supply chain and logistics experts speak your language and operate in your world.We're looking for a bilingual customer service agent to join a great team for our client in the construction industry, located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

Main responsibilities:

- Contribute to the company's image by ensuring the quality of information provided to customers;- Ensure and monitor the integrity and accuracy of information entered into the customer management system when opening and updating customer accounts;- Assist customers with account openings, updates, payments, complaints or requests for information, by telephone, return e-mail or letter, or in direct contact with customers;- Explain product sales conditions clearly and fairly.- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys;- Monitor and validate exceptional transactions on a daily basis, whether declared or not, and if necessary, draw up an analysis report to share information;- Participate in call center activities as defined by the Customer Service Supervisor;- Other duties related to the position.Skills required :

- Completed DES;- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in customer service;- Communication skills (English and French) and computer skills (an important asset);- Customer service orientation and self-control;- Ability to multitask;
