Job Title: Construction Laborer

Bretoba Contracting is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in cold and hot temperatures.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
