Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Syrus Enterprises Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales teams are working efficiently
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that sales targets are met
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Experience an asset, but not required
