Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales floor is staffed accordingly.
  • Sell merchandise and provide customers with information about our products.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
