Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for adults
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for adults and/or couples
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment services
  • Provide consultation regarding psychological services to individuals, families, and partner agencies
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice and ethics
Requirements
  • M.A., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, post-registration
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis, and formulation
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults and participating on an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in technology, including Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applications
