Clinical Psychologist

MDSearch is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at our innovative ADHD clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat ADHD and other mental health conditions.
- Providing evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and medication management.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Supervising and training Psychometry staff to ensure high-quality assessment services.
- Participating in bi-weekly psychology meetings and monthly clinic-wide meetings to stay informed and contribute to our team's success.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner.
- Authorized to work with adults and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skilled in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD and other mental health conditions.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
