Financial Services Advisor

**About the Role**

As a Financial Services Advisor at Desjardins, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our members and clients have a positive experience with our organization. This includes providing personalized support, addressing their needs, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional service to members and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and supported
* Support members and clients in using our financial products and services, promoting digital solutions and technological tools
* Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support
* Monitor and process transactions to settle cases of fraud or irregularities
* Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in the field

**What You Bring to the Table**

* High school diploma in a related field
* A minimum of three years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of French is required

* Availability to work Monday to Friday, including Thursday evenings until 7 pm
