Job Summary

A position in Quality Assurance is open at Amico Accessories, a rapidly growing manufacturing company. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test incoming materials and products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Record inspection results and communicate with the production team to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Notify managers about quality issues and identify and troubleshoot product or functionality issues
  • Communicate findings to the Quality Manager and/or Customer Service team
Requirements
  • Able to understand mechanical drawings and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Great attention to detail and ability to notice small differences
  • Great mechanical aptitude and ability to use inspection tools
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of fasteners and hardware is a plus, as is knowledge of electronics/circuit
Work Environment
  • Clean work environment
  • Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Must supply own steel-toed safety shoes
