Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boat Assembler to join our team at Coastline Adventures Inc. As a Boat Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting boats made of fibreglass.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caulk decks and hulls to ensure a watertight seal
  • Inspect assembled boats for defects and conformance to quality standards
  • Mark defects to be repaired
  • Sand, trim, grind or clean products into final form using hand tools
  • Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products
  • Cut, shape and fit materials to form parts and components
Work Environment

As a Boat Assembler, you will work in a fast-paced environment with noisy conditions, exposure to odours and dust. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English language proficiency
Working Conditions
