Boat Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Boat Fabricator to join our team at Coastline Adventures Inc. As a Boat Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing boats using fibreglass materials.
Key Responsibilities- Caulk decks and hulls to ensure a watertight seal
- Inspect assembled boats for defects and conformance to quality standards
- Mark defects to be repaired and sand, trim, grind or clean products into final form using hand tools
- Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products
- Cut, shape and fit materials to form parts and components
- Experience in boat construction or a related field is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
- Fluency in English is required
Our work site environment is noisy, with odours and dust present. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
