Job Title: Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Panah Bakery & Halal Meat. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet our quality standards, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative flavor combinations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, techniques, and presentation styles to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and materials to support our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bakery or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts, including baking, decorating, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
