Lead Thermal Flow Engineer Position

Maya HTT, a leading provider of CAE, CAD, CAM, and PLM engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced thermal flow engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in conducting general thermal/flow, electronics systems cooling, and space systems thermal control simulations for clients worldwide.

About the Role
  • Carry out high-level thermal/flow simulation services for customers, utilizing industry-leading software such as Simcenter 3D Thermal/Flow, ESC, and SST.
  • Meet with new customers to identify their engineering simulation needs and draft comprehensive proposals addressing those requirements.
  • Deliver training on introductory and advanced topics in Simcenter 3D, ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI from our software.
  • Collaborate with Maya staff to provide top-tier technical support for Simcenter 3D CAE software customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering; Master's degree or higher considered an asset.
  • Minimum two years of experience performing CAE simulations in a commercial/business setting.
  • Solid understanding of theoretical heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
  • Familiarity with common numerical methods employed in scientific computing for physical simulations.
  • Broad-based knowledge of the methods and practices in thermal/flow simulations.
  • Hands-on experience with workflows and tasks associated with practical use of engineering simulation tools.
  • Proficiency in CAE simulation tools, preferably Simcenter 3D Thermal/Flow, ESC, and SST.
  • CAD tool expertise, with NX experience a plus.
