As a Coordinated Mental Health Services Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals who provide EFAP services to employees and family members
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes
  • Collaborating with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Providing training and support to team members on best practices and new initiatives
  • Conducting regular reviews of service delivery and making recommendations for improvement

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and addiction services. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
