Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Major Projects team.

This role involves managing multiple activities and schedules to gain a clearer understanding of the client's, team's, and project's needs.

  • Assist the project team with project coordination and administrative support.
  • Ensure open lines of communication among team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Diligently review, interpret, and update construction schedules.
  • Maintain and review shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
  • Analyze project quotes to secure the best prices in the market.
  • Collect and complete companywide project reports for assigned projects.
  • Promote Pomerleau's HS&E programs and applicable OH&S acts, regulations, and codes on-site.

This role may be suitable for individuals with:

  • 1-3 years' working experience in the construction industry.
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.
  • A passion for providing exceptional client service.

Additional assets include fluency in both official languages (English and French).
