About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Anytime Protection Services Inc. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
