Job Overview

Careers in Saskatoon are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler Assistant to join our team. This part-time regular position will play a vital role in coordinating and maintaining scheduling for Home Care clients and staff.



Compensation

This rewarding opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $23,170 - $24,840 per year, paid in accordance with Pay Band 12. Our team members also enjoy benefits that support their well-being and growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain scheduling for Home Care clients and staff
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless client care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to client scheduling and staffing


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • One (1) year experience working in an office environment to gain organizational skills
  • An Office Administration certificate or equivalent education
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
